Avoid these things in your presale renovation

Preparing your property for sale in the right way is crucial to a successful outcome.

Though when it comes to renovations, many owners simply don't have the right knowledge of products to avoid. Cheapest is definitely not the way to go. So here a few specific items to avoid so your property doesn't look like a rental (unless that's the look you are going for). You may see one or more of these items in your local hardware store, though once you have read this article, I expect you to look at them and keep walking.

Bathroom

Here are a few examples of products to avoid in your bathroom if you want buyers to pay a premium

Kitchen

Do not even try these. The were out of date a long time ago.

Lighting and Blinds

Same here, no thanks to all of these.

Flooring

Nope, none of these either.

Tiles

Do not even go anywhere near these in any colour.
